This year we light the candles, we fuss and we fight
Will justice be delivered, or will we again have to wait
This year, let the Chanukah miracle be as follows:
Let this be reality not a dream that is hollow:
They thought they had enough crime by Trump and his minions
To get him on one or two things, that was the opinion
But imagine our surprise, imagine our excitement
There’s enough crime there, for eight separate indictments!
8 crazy days and nights of indictments! A Chanukah miracle
in no particular order, here they are
Number One-
Telling Georgia, find me eleven thousand votes, ‘whats the big deal’
Number two
All that tax evasion, all that lying to conceal
Number three
Stormy Daniels payments, and others that we’re still learning
Number four
Stealing classified documents, and then not returning
Number five
Inciting a violent riot, on January 6
Number six
Insisting despite any evidence that the last election was fixed
Number seven
The January 6th stuff is easily many different crimes
Number eight
If I had to list them all, I’d go way past eight and nine
These are more crimes, & potential indictments, then there are stars in the sky
Every time he opens his mouth, out comes another lie
As the dreidels spin, and the latkes fry, lets open this final present
Eight nights of Chanukah miracles,
Eight nights of indictments,
I wish to the former president
They thought there was enough crime for one
But there was enough for eight
